With a rich experience spanning around 15 years in Japanese cuisine, Head Chef Zac is a culinary artisan whose expertise infuses traditional and modern techniques. Trained under the esteemed Master Komazi, Zac honed his skills and developed a profound understanding of Japanese culinary arts. Before joining IPPIN, Zac showcased his talent at Mitsuit Japanese Restaurant, where he crafted numerous acclaimed dishes. His dedication to excellence and innovation continues to delight guests, offering them an authentic and memorable dining experience.
